Professionally Made MOSFET for Airsoft Electric Guns (AEG) – Gearbox Version 3

This device increases the gun’s rate of fire and extends battery life compared to basic wiring. It is fully integrated inside gearbox version 3, replacing the original trigger contacts and is compatible with the Tokyo Marui standard.

Specifications:

• MOSFET built on trigger contacts from SHS company
• Easy installation inside gearbox version 3
• Pre-soldered wires for faster and easier installation. Wires are long enough for all types of weapons—simply cut to the required length and attach connectors (included in the package)
• Pre-soldered high-quality wires:
  • 2 black wires (1.5 qmm / AWG16) with MPPE insulation (400mm to motor, 600mm to battery)
  • 1 blue wire (0.34 qmm / AWG22) (1000mm, used for connection anywhere on the red cable)
  • 1 red wire (1.5 qmm / AWG16) (1000mm, MPPE insulation, included in the package)
• Board covered with conformal coating to protect against water
• Option for custom wiring—choose the device without wiring if using your own wires
• Designed for springs up to M170 (supports 90A single shot fire or 35A burst fire for max. 30s). For higher loads, use MOSFET II (external version)
• Compatible with common batteries up to 17V (Ni-xx 8.4V-12V, LiPo 7.4V-14.8V)
• No idle current consumption
• No sparking on switch contacts
• Auto fire mode: Piston stops in a random position due to mechabox design
• For proper function, a working gearbox cut-off lever, selector plate, reverse latch, trigger, and trigger block are required, as per standard gearbox design
