TERMS, CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY

1. RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase airsoft markers. Tact Gearz Inc. reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for age verification before shipment.

• Safety Warning: Airsoft products can cause serious or fatal injuries if misused. Full-seal eye and face protection must be worn at all times during use.

• Handling: Never look into the barrel of a marker, even if the battery or gas source is removed. Always treat an airsoft marker with the same safety respect as a real firearm.

• Public Display: Always transport airsoft markers in a dedicated case. Never brandish or display airsoft markers in public places.

• Modifications: Tact Gearz Inc. is not responsible for any modifications, upgrades, or maintenance performed by the user or a third party. Unauthorized modifications void all warranties.

2. COMPLIANCE & LEGAL LIABILITY

• Quebec Jurisdiction: All transactions are conducted in compliance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

• Unregulated Firearms: The client assumes all responsibility for complying with local municipal bylaws regarding possession and transport.

• Waiver of Liability: Tact Gearz Inc. disclaims all liability for any misuse, illegal use, or legal consequences arising from the client’s failure to adhere to local regulations or safety protocols.

3. SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

• Carrier: All shipments are made via The fastest carrier available.

• Processing Time: While we strive for speed, please allow a standard delay for order processing.

• Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any extra costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be charged to the buyer before re-shipment.

• In-Store Pickup: Orders selected for "Pickup in Store" must be collected within  30 days of the purchase date with a valid ID and invoice. After 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

• Right to Cancel: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance. Tact Gearz Inc. reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including stock inaccuracies or pricing errors.

• Price Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the credit card has already been charged (in which case a full refund will be issued immediately).

5. WARRANTY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

• All Sales are Final:

  Due to the nature of airsoft equipment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.

  In select cases, we may approve a return or exchange at our discretion. Any approved returns will be issued as store credit only, not a refund.

  During special periods, returns may be accepted; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

• Defective Items: If an item arrives non-functional, notify us immediately. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the defective product back to our facility or contact us.

• Quality Control: All markers undergo internal inspection, which may include:

  • Velocity (Chrono) verification.

  • Lubrication of seals (for gas products).

  • Electrical connector checks.
    

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been taken apart or modified.

  • Items with removed warning stickers or protective markings.

  • Used consumables (BBs, Gas, CO2).

  • Items not in their original packaging.

• For any purchase made in-store or on our website, the accepted refund period is 30 days from the date you receive your product.

  No refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • All "SECOND LIFE" items.
  • All Airsoft replicas.
  • All consumable items (BBs, batteries, gas, CO2, flammable liquids, smoke bombs, etc.).
  • All special orders.
  • All used protective gear (masks, safety glasses, helmets, etc.).
  • All final sale items, end-of-season promotions, or liquidation items.
  • All prizes awarded during promotional events.

 

• For Online Orders:

  Once you receive confirmation from us that your return is accepted, you will be provided with a shipping label, return instructions, and the location to drop off your package. Any items returned without our confirmation will be refused. Upon receiving your return, an inspection of your package will be necessary to confirm that the return conditions have been met. Once your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method used. Please allow the usual processing time required by your bank for the credit to appear in your account.

  What to do in case of damage or errors upon receiving your order:

  First, please inspect your order immediately upon receiving your package. It is highly recommended to take a photo of the package before opening it, as this will facilitate the claim process with the shipper. Most packages are delivered with a signature requirement to confirm receipt. As soon as you realize that an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please email us photos demonstrating the issue so our team can assess and resolve the situation. Our camera system records all packages leaving our facility to assist in resolving discrepancies.

  What to do if you purchased the wrong item:

  To ensure that the item you want is still available in case of an error, we strongly recommend completing another purchase and emailing us immediately to cancel your incorrect order.

  Caution: This solution is only valid for orders that have not yet shipped. Once your order has left our store, the aforementioned refund procedures apply. In this case, it is advisable to wait for our confirmation that your return is accepted before completing your new purchase.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RESTRICTIONS

• Importer of Record: For orders outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations. Tact Gearz Inc. is not responsible for items seized by customs.

• Restricted Countries: We do not ship to sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Iran, and North Korea.

7. PRIVACY & SECURITY

• Data Protection: We use advanced encryption to protect your personal information. Your data is used solely to process orders and improve your experience.

• Cookies: This site requires cookies to function properly. By using the site, you consent to their use.
