At the heart of this lineup of rifles is the Strike Industries licensed AK TRAX modular handguard which is a versatile, lightweight aluminum MLOK system allowing attachment of all types of tactical accessories. The SI TRAX AK's come with a steel outer barrel for added weight and realism, along with an aggressive muzzle brake. A 20mm rail sits atop the steel dust cover, allowing for streamlined mounting of tactical optics.
The TRAX receiver is made from stamped steel, and is riveted for added durability. An adjustable buffer tube stock sits at the back, along with an M4 style retractable stock. Internally the TRAX lineup features a TM compatible Ver3 gearbox with pre-upgraded parts that make these rifles ready for duty right out the box.
